If you’ve arrived on an Air Canada, Air Canada Express or Air Canada Rouge flight, it’s important that you notify an agent at the Air Canada or Air Canada Express Baggage Service Counter immediately upon arrival at the airport to accelerate baggage tracing. The agent will ask you to provide your contact information as well as a detailed description of your baggage in order to prepare an incident report

Air Canada managed to loose a total of 3 different bags while we were travelling with them. 1 of them was on a trip without any connecting flights. A little bit annoying but all suitcases came within 12 hours to our accomodation (even the ones lost in London on our way to Vancouver). 2 suitcases were damaged (if it was AC or TSA we don't know). Rather pleasent cabin crew, average food, plenty of drinks.
