They use people with very thick accents so difficult to understand at times.. the scripts they read from are extremely long and you get tired waiting for them to shut up while trying to get your issue resolved. I've tried twice now to get a credit score from them because its the only bureau that doesn't offer a free glimpse like experian and transunion. never again.
