How do I know if an item is a pre-order?
We do pre-orders for new collections. Underneath the « add to cart » button you’ll see « This product is available for pre-order only and delivery may take up to 45 days. » If not that means it’s in stock.

When will my pre-order item ship?
45 days maximum. An email will be sent to you when it is ready. The delay might be shorter depending on the items.

What if my order has some items that are pre-order and some items available now?
