What made my experience great was Jaydip Parekh, he was the very best customer representative, he was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. I had his complete attention. When my car was finished, he explained the service in detail. I also observed the other customer representative dealing with a female who was sitting, he knelt down to talk to her instead of towering over her.
