Ever since they started this Manulife ID BS to submit an online claim has become a complete pita. Month after month the same BS I have an I’d it is associated with an account but no it freezes the account and now have to wait 48 hours for a call back. Ap doesn’t work on android get to the account section and the next button you can’t scroll down to. Customer service is a joke
