AMAZING customer support like it was actually shocking considering all the horror stories surrounding this company. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today and still had not arrived, so I called them and they explained SUPER clearly where it was, why its late, and when I should expect it to arrive (around Dec 15th-18th). Although I am sad the package was delayed, I am pleased with the transparency and helpfulness!
