Canada Post gives Amazing Service especially at this time of year (Christmas, 2023). I had sent a medium sized package from Calgary to Edmonton, which did not make it at the estimated time. Upon phoning about my tracking number, it was discovered that the package was delivered to the wrong postal address (…1b3 instead of …1b2). The customer service rep I spoke with was very kind and had a great sense of humour. Not only that, the package was resorted and delivered the very next day!! Excellent service all the time for me!
